Why does the school have to place the order?
The school is in the best position to decide which robe is best suited for the school community as a whole. The school is also in the best position to ensure that all the children have ordered a robe before they send us the order. We really don't want to have an order missed or sent too late.
Why does it take ten weeks?
The robes are only made once the orders arrive. Personalizing a garment takes time and can only be done one at a time.
First Communion traditionally takes place in the spring and we had to allow enough time to process the orders that arrive after January. Chances are that if you order in October, November or early December you will receive your robes in approximately six weeks. That is why we ask that you order early.
Why can't we pay on line with a credit card?
We considered this as an option but because the orders need to go through the school, we felt that it would only complicate payment issues. We want to keep the robes affordable for everyone and adding features would only raise the cost.
Why not charge less instead of giving the school a rebate?
The school will have to send out the order forms, receive payment, make sure we have all the orders and send a summary of the orders and payment. They will also have to distribute the robes when they are delivered. We are only helping your children in the long run.
Why is shipping included?
We wanted to keep it simple and easy to order. Parents and schools have enough to do without trying to figure out shipping costs. By shipping everything to the school, the shipping costs and the documentation will appear to be much higher, but in actual fact it is cheaper then sending to an individual address. We are pleased to be able to include this in our price so that it is easy and economical for parents to order the PurelyYou robe.
What is your refund policy?
As with anything personalized, there is no refund or exchanges. If there is an error of any kind, we cannot reuse the garment and will have to start over. Naturally, if it is our error we will gladly and promptly send out a new personalized robe at no charge.
